GH Fan Club Weekend 2009

I am so glad that I was able to attend this year again.  Last year was just not the same without FCW, but I don't need to think about that b/c this year was great and I was there, HAPPY & HEALTHY and I enjoyed seeing all of the actors and especially my friends and making new ones as well!

I snapped some great pics.  I hope you enjoy them.  This year I pretty much enjoyed the events, no note-taking, though I did try to sit down every night and jot down some of the things that I remembered about the day and the events. 

I loved the new digs.  The hotel workers were so welcoming, so glad that we were there.  We had a shout out on their sign outside the hotel, and they made up special keycards for us with the FCW logo on them.  I ordered in breakfast a couple of the days and the waiter learned my name on the first visit and asked me about the show on the second.  Several of them already watched and were excited to see the actors too!  I went to 8 events and spent 2 days pretty much by the pool, which I thought was wonderful, smaller than the other one but not crowded though maybe that was b/c of the heat!  And since I was trading 100+ weather in Houston for 100+ weather in LA, I guess it really didn't make much difference to me.  LOL.  But I did love cooling off in the pool.
