Chad sold his house and bought a new one.  He and his roommate are working on remodeling it.  He said it has real potential (in other words it’s a real dump, LOL).  He’s still attending school (making all A’s) at Master’s College studying Christian ministry.  He’s completed one year and has one more year to go.  His pastor was in the audience and he introduced him.  Chad commented that he has no plans to become a preacher.
